The architecture
Loops die by arithmetic
A typed message bus where the hop ceiling is min(bus.max_hops, msg.max_hops) — a node can tighten its own budget but can never extend it. Nothing grants itself more runway.
Confidence is derived, not claimed
Every conclusion carries a stance, a 0–100 confidence, and reasons tagged data or assumption. No data-backed reason forces low conviction — a model is arithmetically incapable of bluffing.
The org chart is a type constraint
Only a packaged conclusion travels up the tree. A question moving upward is rejected by the transport itself, not discouraged by a prompt.
Two sealed lenses, one pacemaker
Specialists that cannot see each other, so they can't converge socially. One pacemaker reconciles, maps agreement to confidence, and is the only voice out. Any unfavorable lens holds a veto.
The fleet
Fourteen multi-tenant vertical operating systems, one engine, one config file as the only swap point. Each is its own tenant-isolated deployment with a live showroom running the real software in your browser.
